Voting by Absentee Ballot

Early Voting starts on Friday, September 19th, and lasts until Saturday, November 1st at the 5th Street County Office Building.

Voting Early In-Person

Election Day is on Tuesday, November 4th. Polls will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Virginia Law requires all voters to provide an acceptable form of Identification at the polls. Click here to review IDs you can bring to the polls.

The deadline to request an absentee ballot is Friday, October 24th. Click here to request your ballot today.

All ballots must be mailed and postmarked no later than election day on Tuesday, November 4th.

Absentee ballots can be returned to your nearest blue collection box. Due to mail delays, we recommend you mail your ballot no later than one week before Election Day.

If you miss this window, you can also hand-deliver your ballot to a poll worker on Election Day or turn in your ballot at the ballot drop box at the 5th Street County Office Building.
